Custer Creek Farms is located on the East side of Frisco, Texas about a half mile North of FM3537 on Custer Road. The HOA is composed of 101 estate sized lots of 1-2 acres. Relaxed, open, country living and friendly neighbors makes Custer Creek Farms a great place to live. The HOA covenenants as ammended in 1991 prohibit new wooden privacy fences. Natural methods of providing screening are encouraged. This produces a more open and spacious feel to the neighborhood.
