Q: I like your subdivision, where can I buy a lot?

A: Custer Creek Farms is not like most standard home developments. There is no one developer and no one builder. The lots are all privately owned. All but a few lots have homes. Collin county tax roles can be searched to find owners of individual lots.

Q: What is the zoning of your subdivision?

A: For Frisco regulatory purposes, the area is zoned SF-1.

Q: Can I have a horse on these lots?

A: Yes, one horse is allowed per acre. Each lot is over an acre.

Q: Are there any homes or lots for sale?

A: Possibly. The HOA and this website does not track home or lot sales activity.

Q: Is there a home owners news letter or directory where I could list my business? Where can I obtain a home owner directory?

A: The home owners directory is only available to those who are current with their HOA dues. Newsletters and flyers are available only to Custer Creek Farms property owners. No advertisements are accepted from those outside the HOA. Homeowners e-mail addresses are not available.

Q: Where can I get a copy of the HOA covenants and by-laws?

A: Click on the Custer Creek Information link on the left navigation pane.

Q: What is the HOA dues at Custer Creek?

A: The home owners association has an annual dues of $75. The fees are minimal and pay for common area maintenance and social gatherings.
