FRISCO MOVES TO MODIFIED STAGE 3 WATER REDUCTION RECOMMENDATIONS

Frisco is moving to a modified stage 3 drought restrictions on July 1, 2007.

The modified stage 3 water restrictions limit watering to twice a week based upon address. Even addresses may water on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Odd addresses may water on Thursday and Sunday. HOA sprinklers may run on Monday and Friday. Outdoor watering is prohibited between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Custer Creek Farms is located on the East side of Frisco, Texas about a half mile North of FM3537 on Custer Road. The HOA is composed of 101 estate sized lots of 1-2 acres. Relaxed, open, country living and friendly neighbors makes Custer Creek Farms a great place to live.

The HOA covenenants as ammended in 1991 prohibit new wooden privacy fences. Natural methods of providing screening are encouraged. This produces a more open and spacious feel to the neighborhood.
